With the difficulty there is in roofing industry to find and retain quality workers, Diamond Roofing is taking a more proactive approach by providing proper worker training and coaching internally through a qualified professional.  We believe it's time for a new way of thinking and a different approach to training.  In an effort to help retain existing employees and attract new ones, our in-house NRCA Qualified Trainer has implemented exceptional training for new hires (getting them onboard faster and more efficiently), designed a pathway for success for mid-career workers (by providing guidance to employees looking to further their careers), and is dedicated to coaching leaders to reach new heights and be recognized for those achievements (to assist seasoned employees to pursue certification).
